It is reported that this afternoon the enemy carried out an air strike on Sumy using guided air bombs.

“Preliminarily, one person was injured. Dry vegetation caught fire, private houses were destroyed and damaged. Liquidation of the consequences of the Russian attack is underway,” the regional military administration said.

The regional administration urges the residents of Sumy not to ignore the air warning signals.

As noted in the city council, the explosions were heard in the opposite districts – in summer cottage and industrial zones. Consumers in the residential area of ​​Baranivka were left without power due to a line break.

On September 19, Russian troops shelled a boarding house for the elderly in Sumy. Then one person died, 13 more were injured. At the time of the attack, there were almost 300 people and staff in the institution.
