Deputy of the Mariupol City Council Dmytro Zabavin noted that the Russians announced the launch of preferential mortgages in the so-called “DРR”.
“The Russians announced the launch of subsidized mortgages in the so-called “DРR”. And they proudly reported that 80 subsidized mortgage loans had already been issued, and that this was a great achievement. Let me remind you that the Russians destroyed more than 1,000 high-rise buildings in Mariupol. That is, the Russians several thousand Mariupol residents destroyed their homes.
More than 200,000 residents of Mariupol were forced to leave their homes and leave the city, not accepting the Russian occupation. And those who remained are in difficult conditions, having no money for food, not to mention a mortgage,” Zabavin emphasized.
The deputy of the Mariupol City Council also added that as a result of the storm in occupied Mariupol there is no electricity, no heating, and in some areas there is no gas.
“Russians are not even able to cope with the recent natural disaster. And the water supplied to Mariupol is not suitable for consumption. But the people of Mariupol are forced to drink it, because better water costs money, which people do not have,” Zabavin noted.
