The Russians killed and dismembered a Ukrainian prisoner of war and posted the photo on social media

The deceased’s head and limbs were cut off. The Ombudsman urgently appealed to the ICRC and the UN, as well as Ukrainian law enforcement officers, to verify the identity of the murdered prisoner and the fact of the crime.
