On the evening of November 22, the Russian occupation army set fire to the residential quarters of Kherson.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the local regional military administration, spoke about the consequences of the attack.
According to him, the Russians struck an apartment building. A fire broke out at the site of the shelling, which was promptly extinguished by the State Emergency Service.
“Unfortunately, a 50-year-old man received life-threatening injuries. The Russians did not spare his pet either,” the head of the regional military administration said.
The day before yesterday, the Russians attacked Kherson with artillery – they hit the parking lot of a transport company. Two people died.
On November 21, the Russians dropped more than 20 aerial bombs on the Kherson region. The attack resulted in casualties and destruction.
