A new stage of “control over real estate” is being celebrated in the temporarily occupied city of Rubizhne, Luhansk region.
According to information from the local “administration”, it became known that the Russians have started the process of “nationalization” of apartments that are recognized as ownerless.
According to the “resolution” adopted on March 27, 2024, it was announced that a number of apartments in Rubizhne were “discovered and seized” for registration.
All these apartments are located in different parts of the city. The move is part of the Russian administration’s policy of strengthening control over the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and is likely to lead to further social and economic changes in the region.
