The Russians plan to “legalize” the theft of Ukrainian subsoil in the Donetsk region

According to information from the Ukrainian underground, the occupation administration of the region has adopted the so-called list of minerals for which it is preparing to issue fake licenses. We are talking about clay, limestone, sand and other minerals. Currently, it is not known whether entrepreneurs will be charged a fee for issuing “false” licenses. In the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region, they are preparing to distribute “licenses”, which will not have any legal force, for the extraction of minerals in the region. This was reported in the Center of National Resistance.

“We are talking about clay, limestone, sand and other things. All these “licenses” have no legal force and are intended only to create the illusion of legitimizing the robbery of the region, which is already happening,” the message to the Center of National Resistance says.

According to the Center of National Resistance, such a list of minerals for looting was previously created in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. Podpilya believes that the Russian Ministry of Nature oversees the project to plunder the Ukrainian subsoil.

The Center of National Resistance separately added that according to international law, after the deoccupation of the captured regions of Ukraine, everyone involved in the issuance of the “license” will be held accountable for crimes before the people of Ukraine.

Due to the shortage of fresh water, it is practically impossible to put into operation the industrial facilities that are currently under the temporary control of the Russian Federation. Such problems of the Russian occupiers have led to a high level of unemployment in the region and people cannot provide for themselves.
