According to the Center of National Resistance, the Russians are developing a so-called “development plan” for the temporarily occupied Mariupol, which envisages an increase in its population by approximately 300,000 due to migration from the Russian Federation.
It is reported that the Russian administration plans to implement its demographic changes by 2035. For this, it uses the program of preferential mortgages for citizens of the Russian Federation who want to move to the territory of temporarily occupied Mariupol.
According to the Center of National Resistance, wage earners and civil servants from depressed regions of the Russian Federation are also brought to this territory.

The Russians covered Toretsk with artillery – they injured a person and damaged 8 private homes. Two more houses were damaged in Shcherbynivka. As a result of tank shelling in Avdiivka, an apartment building was destroyed. Russia struck Slovyansk with a drone – a grain processing plant was damaged. In Novoukraintsi, a gas station came under fire.
