On May 17, the Russian army attacked 18 settlements in the Kherson region, five people were wounded as a result of the Russian shelling.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, announced this.
Mykhailivka, Antonivka, Stepanivka, Tyaginka, Novooleksandrivka, Tomarine, Kizomys, Beryslav, Vesele, Stanislav, Lviv, Kozatske, Ivanivka, Prydniprovske, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Naddniprianske and Kherson were under Russian fire and airstrikes.
The troops of the Russian Federation targeted the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, in particular, they damaged two high-rise buildings and 14 private houses.
Hits at an educational institution, agricultural enterprises, a shop and gas pipelines were also recorded. As of now, the gas leak has been blocked, there are no more fires and threats.
A warehouse, an outbuilding, utility equipment and four private cars were damaged.
