The Russians shelled 3 settlements in Donetsk region, there are wounded. Kurakhovo was hit with cluster munitions

In the morning of June 23, the Russians shelled the populated areas of Donetsk region, there are wounded.

This was reported by the press center of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

According to the investigation, on the morning of June 23, 2024, the Russians attacked an apartment building in the city of Toretsk. The injured elderly woman was taken to the hospital with a fracture, contusion of the brain and a laceration.

After a few hours, the city of Zalizne came under fire from the Russians. An 88-year-old local woman was injured.

Also, as noted, the Russians shelled the private sector of Kurakhove with cluster munitions.

Three people were injured. A 19-year-old boy in serious condition and his 43-year-old father were hospitalized. A 59-year-old man who suffered a shrapnel wound was treated on the spot. Shells damaged a house and a car.

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
