The Russians shelled a hospital in Kherson: two ambulances were damaged

Russian troops continue to attack medical facilities in the Kherson region.

The post says that one of Kherson’s hospitals came under another attack from the enemy. The Russians fired at least three shells from the Grad MLRS at it. It is noted that during the shelling it “flew” into the garage where the ambulances were stationed. As a result of the shelling, two cars were damaged. Also, in one of the buildings of the health care facility, the windows were broken. It is noted that there are no victims among the employees and patients of the hospital.

As Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson city military administration, said, Russian troops attacked the city several times at night. Residential quarters were mostly under attack. Many hits and fires occurred in the private sector of the Korabelny and Dnipro districts.

A woman was injured during the shelling. She was treated with a shrapnel wound to the abdomen. Mrochko noted that with such intensity of enemy fire there could have been more wounded.

Earlier it was reported that in total 115 health care facilities were damaged in the region due to constant Russian shelling and another 27 were completely destroyed. Even now, repair work is being carried out in medical facilities that were damaged by enemy strikes. 21 hospitals have already been restored, in 29 more – partial works have been carried out or they are still ongoing there.

It was also said that on June 17 two civilians were killed as a result of Russian shelling of the right-bank part of the Kherson region. One of them — after the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone.

On June 14, the Russians also dropped explosives from a drone in the Kherson region. Due to the explosion of the ammunition there is a dead and injured. Thus, according to the investigation, on June 14, around 11:00 a.m., the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on the territory of a farm operating in one of the settlements of the Kherson district. A 53-year-old man who was in the yard died as a result of the explosion. Another injured man was treated on the spot.
