The Russians shelled Kharkiv Region again: there are wounded

Under the procedural guidance of the Kupyansk and Bogodukhiv district prosecutor’s offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on December 6, around 9:30 a.m., Russian servicemen opened fire on the village of Podola in the Kupyanskyi district with rocket-propelled grenade launchers.

Russian shells hit near private homes. Two local residents were injured. One of them was taken to the hospital, the other was treated on the spot.

Also, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Russians shelled the village of Zolochiv, Bogoduhiv district. The enterprise building was destroyed.

Prosecutors, together with police investigators, documented the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
