The Russians shelled the border town of Vovchansk, wounding two guards

On February 19, around 9:45 a.m., the Russians once again shelled the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.

According to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from mortars. This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The territory of a civilian enterprise was hit. As a result:

• buildings and a car were damaged;
• two men aged 37 and 36 were injured. Both are security guards of the enterprise, they were hospitalized.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
