The Russians shelled the hospital in Selidovo: about 100 patients are being transported to other cities

Currently, about 100 patients of the Selidovо hospital are being transported to medical facilities in Pokrovsk and Myrnograd.

On the night of February 14, the city of Selidovо in the Donetsk region was shelled for the second time in a day by the Russian invaders. This time the invaders “targeted” the local hospital. About 100 hospital patients are transported to other cities.

Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, told about it. He emphasized that one person was injured. The hospital building is seriously damaged.

“We are currently transporting about 100 patients from the Selidovо hospital to Pokrovsk and Myrnograd hospitals,” Filashkin said.

Rescue teams, police and representatives of local authorities are working at the site, trying to cope with the consequences of the impact. According to the head of the regional military administration, 27 rescuers and six units of special equipment were involved.

Rescuers are engaged in extinguishing the fire, which covered an area of 60 m², and evacuating patients from the affected areas of the hospital. Currently, about 100 patients of the Selidovо hospital are being transported to medical facilities in Pokrovsk and Myrnograd.

Shelling Selidovo

On February 13, Russian troops attacked Selіdovo in Donetsk region. At least four people, including two children, were injured in the attack. There may still be people under the rubble.

As a result of shelling, 12 apartments in one of the entrances of a 5-story building were completely destroyed. Among the victims are children born in 2016 and 2007, who are currently receiving the necessary treatment. Rescuers managed to pull out one injured person from under the debris, but there is a possibility that four more people may be under the destroyed structures.
