“Two wounded civilians were taken to medical facilities. Three more, previously, remain under rubble. Rescuers are working on the spot,” the report says.

It should be noted that Russian troops regularly shelled the Semenivsk community of Chernihiv Oblast with small-caliber weapons, but so far they have not used aviation.
