The Russians shot and killed a resident of the Kherson region, another six people were wounded

One person was killed as a result of new shelling of populated areas of the Kherson region by Russian troops today, July 13. It is also currently known about six wounded.

This is reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The agency notes that on July 13, since the very morning, the Russian army has been shelling populated areas of the Kherson district.

“As of 1:00 p.m., one 72-year-old woman who died as a result of artillery shelling and six injured people are known to be receiving medical assistance,” the message reads.

It is also reported that as a result of the shelling, residential buildings, motor vehicles and other objects of civil infrastructure were damaged.

Law enforcement officers have started a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (parts 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
