The Russians shot three Ukrainian prisoners in Donetsk region

Russian soldiers killed three servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who wanted to surrender in the Toretsk direction.

This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

According to the available information, the soldiers of one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine came out of the basement of the building with their hands raised, when the Russians approached them almost up close.

The soldiers of the Russian Federation put them on the ground, after which they were shot in the back almost immediately.

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine noted that the data distributed on the network is being checked. Law enforcement officers are conducting a series of actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the message says.
