Russian troops shelled Kharkiv Region for the second time today. This time they struck the village of Cherkaska Lozova, Kharkiv district, said the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.

The Russians also wounded four more residents of Zeleny Gay, Kupyansk, and Kozachoa Lopan.
