According to the report, Serhii Starikov, the head of the Shevchenkiv community, was attacked at 9:30 on August 11 near the local market in the village of Shevchenkiv. The shopping complex, neighboring buildings, residential buildings were damaged. A man born in the 1950s and a woman born in the 1960s were injured. At the time of the impact, people were in the market. The Russians used Banderol ammunition.

The security situation in the community remains difficult. There is a constant threat of attack by using unmanned aerial vehicles or guided aerial bombs. There is a threat of remote mining of communication routes between settlements.
