According to the investigation, since May 11, Russian troops have been forcibly detaining people in the basement of the Vovchansk community. Some of them managed to escape on May 13 and reach the volunteers. People are safe now.

The participants of this Convention are Ukraine and the Russian Federation. The investigation is conducted under part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
