The story of a barista from a coffee shop damaged after the attack on Kyiv

According to 18-year-old Maria, at the time of the attack, she sat down and covered her head with her hands. In the published footage, you can see that the blast wave broke the racks and broke the windows.

On March 25, Russian troops attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles. As a result, almost immediately after the alarm was announced, explosions rang out in the city. This led to destruction in some areas and people were also injured. Near the destroyed Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design, there is a coffee shop where an 18-year-old girl named Maria works. At the time of the shelling, she was sitting at her workplace.

The explosions rang out almost immediately after the alarm was announced, so the barista had no opportunity to go to the shelter in time. In the establishment where she works, windows were broken and glass shelves were broken. Maria herself was not injured.

The girl tells how she crouched down and covered her head with her hands. She even jokes that she was saved by a Ukrainian-made cardigan.
