The strike with 13 missiles on December 31 was the largest shelling of Shostka since the beginning of the war

The Chairman of Shostka, Mykola Noga, said that today’s strike with 13 missiles was the largest shelling of this city, the massive strike was carried out in two waves – at 3 and 8 a.m.

“Shostka was attacked in two waves: around 03:00 and 08:00. More than 12 missiles. This is the largest shelling of Shostka,” the Chairman said.

According to him, a polyclinic and four boiler rooms were damaged. The consequences of the attack are still being assessed. Some people were left without heat due to damage.

As reported by the regional military administration, Russian troops hit the city of Shostka in the Sumy region with 13 missiles, three boiler rooms were damaged, 43 houses in the city were without heating. The mayor of Shostka also reported that 12 apartment buildings, a school, a polyclinic and boiler rooms were damaged in the city.
