The Russian army fired from a tank on the village of Kozach Lopan of the Dergachy community of the Kharkiv region. As a result of enemy shelling, two civilians were wounded.
This was announced by the chairman of Dergachyv, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, on August 19.
According to his information, the tank fired at the village at least 10 times. Private houses and energy infrastructure were damaged, and a number of fires broke out.
“A 50-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man are injured. Their condition is assessed as average, doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance,” the official said.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office added that a Russian vehicle attacked the village in the afternoon, at 2:30 p.m. Criminal proceedings have been opened for violation of the customs of war.
