The Ukrainian Armed Forces find torture armies of the Russian Federation in the liberated territories of the Zaporizhzhia region

Anton Zhuk, deputy of the Zaporizhia district council, reported that torture chambers of the occupiers were found in the liberated territories of the Zaporizhia region. These rooms are located in the dungeons, not far from the front line that was formed at the beginning of the Russian invasion.

“In the territories where Ukraine has regained control, places of torture are found in basements. And this is only a few kilometers away. What are our ideas about what we will discover when our soldiers march another tens of kilometers? We should think about it,” Zhuk said.

However, he also clarified that there is still no detailed information about the nature of these tortures, which were arranged by the Russians in the territories that were then under occupation. “If the Russians used these places for torture and interrogation, and could transport prisoners or “suspects” to them at will, even a few kilometers from the front line, I cannot understand what drives them,” he concluded. The Gauleiter of the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, Yevhenii Balytskyi, fears that the Ukrainian partisans will continue their successful mission of eliminating collaborators in the temporarily occupied territories.

According to Gauleiter, now the cars of collaborators are constantly inspected so that partisans cannot plant explosives, and products for them are bought only in certain places to avoid poisoning.
