There is a dead and wounded person in the Kherson region. Russians damaged houses and a gas pipeline

The regional military administration spoke about the consequences of Russian shelling.

On February 22, the Russians struck 33 settlements in the Kherson region, said the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin. Unfortunately, there were casualties.

“One person died and four more were injured as a result of Russian aggression,” Prokudin noted.

The Russians attacked social infrastructure and residential areas in the Kherson region. A high-rise building and 12 private houses were damaged as a result of Russian shelling. In addition, the Russians damaged a gas pipeline, outbuildings, a garage and private cars.

Prokudin reported that during a night drone attack in the sky over the Kherson region, one “Shahed” was shot down.

On the night of February 22, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 162 Shahed strike UAVs and various types of simulator drones. As of 08:00, 82 strike UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down, and another 75 were lost on location.
