There is no light and communication: the consequences of the fall of the wreckage of the “Shaheed” on a cottage cooperative in the Kyiv region

As a result of the night Russian attack on Ukraine, which took place on the night of Thursday, July 25, debris from downed Russian targets was recorded in three districts of the Kyiv region. Air defense forces were active in the region.

Currently, the residents of the cottage cooperative in the Kyiv region, which was badly damaged during the attack, remain without electricity and communication. This was reported by local residents.

Falling debris of downed Russian UAVs was recorded in three districts of Kyiv region. As a result, fires broke out in open areas in several places, but they were promptly extinguished by rescuers.

Several shops, a retail outlet, three private houses, a garage, an administrative building and one car were also damaged on the territory of one of the summer cooperatives.

In addition, an electric pole fell on the territory of the cooperative and people were left without electricity and communication. Local residents did not expect that their settlement would be attacked.

“We didn’t expect it. Why beat here? This is a settlement, a summer cooperative. Civilians, children and pensioners live here. Why beat here?!” – asked a local resident with a rhetorical question.

All emergency services continue to work on the ground, disassembling the debris and fixing the destruction.
