Today, about 3,000 people still live on the right bank of Kupyansk.

“At least there are no windows. There is damage to the roofs and walls,” the official said.

“This is no longer the same Kupyansk that it was after the deoccupation two years ago. Constant massive shelling by Russian troops, according to him, does not allow to get rid of the consequences that the Russians inflicted earlier,” the message added.
