From Kherson, units of the Russian army were partially transferred to Mariupol. On November 21, Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the chairman of Mariupol, told about this.
According to him, approximately 10,000-15,000 Russian occupiers are located on the territory of Mariupol and the Mariupol district.
“At first, from the Kherson direction, the Russian military transited directly through Mariupol in the direction of Donetsk. But on Saturday, Sunday and today, we see a global movement of both new arrivals from Russia and those who arrived from Kherson for the re-formation of units — they all move through the village of Mykolske towards the Zaporizhzhia region. This is the direction of Rozovka, Balogh, Gulyaipole, i.e. to that part of the Zaporizhzhia region that is closer to the Donetsk region,” Andryushchenko explained in detail. He noted that the Russian army is carrying out a global movement of its troops, including hundreds of units of military and cargo equipment. During the movement of the equipment, the Russians jam the communication.
“Thank God, practically, the military and local people do not cross paths. All Mariupol residents and residents of the Mariupol district understand very well that these “comrades” should be kept as far away as possible. When evening comes, there are no residents of Mariupol on the streets. Everyone knows perfectly well what it is – drunken Russian soldiers who do whatever you want, and who are always right if any investigations begin,” said the mayor’s adviser.
Petro Andryushchenko added that the Russians are trying to sell in Mariupol everything they stole in Kherson.
“You can buy everything from them, from underwear to washing machines.
The main goods that circulate between the locals and the Russians are moonshine and alcohol, because officially the occupation authorities forbid the Russian military to sell alcohol,” he said.
In occupied Mariupol, wiring is burning in the houses of residents. The lack of heating forces people to use heaters, but the occupiers were unable to establish a normal electricity supply, the Mariupol City Council reports.
Yes, the wiring in the multi-story building on the street burned down. Kyivska, 94. In addition, due to the dense placement of wiring and plastic sewer pipes, the latter melted.
There is no electricity in the house, it is impossible to use the sewage system. Of course, there is no heating.
The same problem occurred in school No. 64. During the lesson, smoke came from the cables. The children were taken out in a panic. Due to the fact that the ignition was noticed in time, it was possible to avoid the fire.
And this is not an isolated case, but a rule.
“This is how the occupiers are trying to “restore the lives” of Mariupol residents. Winter has not yet come, and residents are on the brink of constant fires and freezing,” the message reads.
In occupied Mariupol, residents will be required to pay for missing water supply.
The building was under renovation, now it has to be started anew.
On November 20, after artillery shelling, a fire broke out in the gymnasium on the 2nd floor of the educational complex No. 11 in the central part of Bakhmut. This was reported by the press service of the regional head of the State Emergency Service.
Rescuers from Bakhmut arrived to extinguish the fire, and in a few hours they managed to localize the fire (prevent further spread of the fire). However, due to the shelling and the danger to the lives of the personnel, the rescuers stopped extinguishing the fire and returned to the place of deployment. There are no dead or injured. The area of the fire was 200 square meters.
The occupiers are dismantling the Communications Building in Mariupol. The historical mosaic is under threat of destruction. For Russians and collaborators, it has no value in the history and culture of our native city. They destroyed hundreds of our houses, killed tens of thousands of people. And now they entrust everything valuable that remains.
So far, photos have appeared that testify to the commissioning of the Communications Building, which the Russians damaged by shelling back in March. With the demolition of the building, the unique work of monumental art, authored by Viktor Arnautov from Mariupol, “Conquerors of Space”, will be destroyed.
On November 21, four civilians were killed and four more were injured in Donetsk region.
“The Russians killed 4 civilians in Donetsk region in one day: in Bakhmut, Georgiivka, Kurakhovo and Petrivka.”
According to him, 4 more people in the region were injured.
In the Donetsk direction, Avdiivka suffered the most: at night there were single arrivals, and in the morning – a massive shelling of the center.
