
According to the investigation, on February 4, 2026, the Russians hit settlements in the Kherson region with artillery and drones.
The Kherson regional prosecutor’s office reported this: “Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes has been launched.”
As of 17:30, it is known that three civilians died and four more were injured from the consequences of Russian aggression.
In particular, at about 7:00, Russian troops carried out a combined strike in the city of Beryslav – artillery and UAVs hit a minibus, injuring the driver. At 14:30 in the same settlement, the Russians killed a civilian – they aimed an FPV drone at a person.
In Oleksandrivka, Stanislavskyі community, at approximately 9:45, the Russian army directed an FPV drone at a car serving a local first-aid and obstetrics station. An employee of the institution died, and the driver of the car was injured.
Also in the morning, a man who was on the street was killed as a result of artillery shelling in the suburbs of Kherson. And another person was injured in the regional center by an explosive dropped by the Russians from a UAV.
In the evening, in the village of Ukrainka, the Russians dropped an explosive from a drone – one person was injured.
Private houses, trolleybuses, and cars were damaged.
In the village of Oleksandrivka, Stanislavsky community, the Russians attacked a medical service vehicle from a drone – a nurse from the local first-aid and obstetrics station died, the driver was injured, in Kherson, a 38-year-old man died as a result of artillery shelling, and proceedings have been initiated.
