On November 28, the Russians shelled the town of Seredyn-Buda in the Sumy region, killing three people, including a child.

The bodies of two dead women were retrieved from the rubble, and two wounded men were rescued. A man and his seven-year-old stepdaughter who were sitting in the car were also injured. A criminal case was opened for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
“Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region,” the message says.
On the night and morning of November 28, the Russians shelled the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region twice, and 12 explosions were recorded in the regional military administration. The aggressor country shelled Yunakivsk hromada with anti-aircraft guns, Krasnopilsk — with mortars.
