Three people injured in Russian airstrike on Sumy region

Russian troops carried out an airstrike on the Yampil community in Sumy region, injuring three people, the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov, reported.

According to him, the victims were provided with assistance, the injuries were not serious.

The head of the regional military administration noted that people were on the street near the site of the impact: “The kindergarten was significantly damaged. Children do not attend it – education is taking place remotely. Fortunately, at the time of the strike, there were neither children nor employees in the institution.”

According to local authorities, Russian forces directed four guided air bombs at the central part of the community – aiming at civilian infrastructure. The elimination of the consequences is ongoing.
