Three people were injured as a result of Russian shelling in the Kherson region

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

According to the investigation, on November 3, 2025, the Russian army used artillery, mortar weapons, MLRS and drones to shell settlements in the Kherson region.

As of 17:30, three civilians were injured. All of them suffered in Kherson from the consequences of shelling that occurred in the morning and afternoon, the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office noted.

Private and apartment buildings, vehicles were also damaged as a result of the shelling.

Prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to record the consequences of the shelling and document war crimes committed by the armed formations of the Russian Federation.
