Three people were injured in Kharkiv Region due to Russian shelling

Three civilians were injured in Kharkiv Region on June 5 as a result of Russian shelling, the regional prosecutor’s office reported: “According to the investigation, in the afternoon of June 5, the Russians shelled the village of Bugayivka, Chuguyiv district. Residential buildings caught fire. Two women aged 67 and 78 were injured. On the afternoon of June 5, the city of Kup’yansk and the village of Mitrofanivka in the Kupyan district were under Russian strikes. In populated areas, private houses and commercial buildings were damaged. Around 18:00, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation again shelled Kupyansk: a 56-year-old woman was wounded.”

The prosecutor’s office noted that under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv region’s district prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war have been initiated.
