Two cyclists were hit in Sumy region: the injured were in hospital

On April 11, at around 13:00, another act of Russian aggression occurred in the Khotyn community of Sumy district. While the cyclists were moving near them, a Russian weapon exploded.

As reported by the regional prosecutor’s office, two men aged 39 and 30 were injured as a result of the explosion. Law enforcement officers are already working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the attack and collecting evidence of another Russian crime against the civilian population.

Under the procedural leadership of the Sumy district prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war. Police investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident within the framework of an open criminal case.
