Two medics injured as Russian drone attacks ambulance in Kupyansk

On the afternoon of August 19, a Russian drone attacked an ambulance in Kupyansk. Two medics were injured as a result of the attack.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

The investigation established that in the city of Kupyansk on August 19 at about 1:20 p.m., an enemy FPV drone hit an emergency medical service vehicle.

Two workers — men aged 56 and 43 — were injured.
