Two people were killed and two injured in a drone attack in the Buchansky district of Kyiv region, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
“On the evening of February 25, 2025, Russian military drones attacked the Kyiv region. Two people died as a result of the attack. Two more received shrapnel wounds,” the department said in a statement on February 26.
According to the prosecutor’s office, private residential buildings were damaged in the Buchansky district, one of which was completely destroyed, apartments in high-rise buildings, garages and cars.
Buchanan and Kyiv-Svyatoshyn district prosecutors have initiated criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes, including those that led to the death of a person (parts 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
