Three people were injured in Russian strikes on the Kupyansk district of the Kharkiv region during the day, the regional prosecutor’s office reported on May 10.
According to the department, the Russian army launched a series of strikes on Kupyansk, starting at 3:30 p.m. on May 10, damaging residential buildings and a car in the city:
“Two civilians were injured as a result of a guided aerial bomb strike: a 52-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.”
In the evening, Russian troops also struck the village of Blagodatovka in the Kupyansk district with an FPV drone. The prosecutor’s office recorded a strike near a residential building, with a 69-year-old woman suffering from acute shock.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – strike UAVs, missiles, guided aerial bombs, MLRS.
The Russian leadership denies that the Russian army, during a full-scale war, carries out targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted in nature.
