Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions have been attacked by the Russian Federation, there are casualties, infrastructure has been damaged, local authorities report.

Civilian infrastructure facilities in the Zhytomyr community have been damaged. Rescue crews from the State Emergency Service and emergency medical services are working at the scene. Information about the victims is being clarified.

An explosion was heard in Vinnytsia. In Vinnytsia region, residential buildings were damaged and two women were injured as a result of the fall of debris from a Russian drone.

Russian military personnel regularly attack Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure in all regions of Ukraine with various types of weapons – strike UAVs, missiles, guided aerial bombs, MLRS.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted in nature.

Shelling of life support systems and healthcare facilities with the aim of depriving people of electricity, heat, water supply, communications, medical care and other necessary conditions for life is a sign of genocidal actions.

The Russian leadership denies that the Russian army, during a full-scale war, is carrying out targeted attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
