On the night of July 28, Russia attacked Kropyvnytskyi with drones. The attack resulted in a fire. Currently, utilities workers are working on the scene.
The head of the regional military administration, Andriy Raykovich, reported that as a result of the drone attack, the premises of the regional philharmonic society were damaged by a blast wave.
The director of the regional philharmonic society, Natalya Agapeeva, said that during the attack, windows flew out, curtains were torn, glass fell, and cracks appeared on the walls. The facade was also damaged, flowers and four trees burned.
The consequences are very sad. After all, an architectural monument was damaged.
The security guard was on site at the time, he received a moderate injury – he was in the duty room, which was hit by the blast wave. He has a hand injury. He refused hospitalization, – she said.
The director of the institution added that the philharmonic is currently in the holiday season, and the first concerts are scheduled for August:

Damage was also recorded to the buildings of the Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University. The rector of the university, Yevhen Sobol, reported that this does not affect the work process. The consequences are currently being eliminated there.
According to preliminary information, there are no deaths or injuries.
