Woman killed in Russian shelling in Sumy region

On December 13, 25 settlements in Sumy region came under fire from occupying Russian troops, and a woman died as a result of the shelling.

According to the Sumy region police, an 80-year-old woman died in the Seredinobudska community due to Russian shelling, and 2 private houses were also damaged there.

An apartment building was damaged in the Sumy community.

An enterprise building was damaged in the Vorozhbyanska community.

A private house was damaged in the Rychkivska community.

On the evening of December 13, a Russian drone hit a high-rise building in Sumy, damaging more than 100 windows. According to preliminary information, no people were injured.

Law enforcement officers continue to inspect the sites of the shelling, record the destruction and collect evidence of the crimes of the Russian troops. Based on all established facts, criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
