Yet another case of a war crime in Ukraine

Russian army has hit the residential area of Irpin’ with a powerful air strike. There are no signs of any military infrastructure nearby. The city of Irpin’ has a population of 60 thousand people and is located just 23 km on the Northwest from Kyiv.
