On the night of June 14, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with 14 “Shahed” suicide drones. The attack injured two law enforcement officers and a woman, and damaged civilian infrastructure and cars.
According to Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, at dawn the Russians attacked the city with 14 “Shaheds”. The attack injured two police officers: “A humanitarian enterprise was attacked due to Russian shelling. Cars, a store and a public transport stop were damaged. The blast wave broke out windows in high-rise buildings.”
Later, Fedorov reported that the number of victims of the Russian attack had increased to three. A 62-year-old resident of Zaporizhzhia sought medical attention. She has broken legs, her condition is assessed as moderate.
According to authorities, at least 15 high-rise buildings, private homes, and non-residential buildings and premises were damaged as a result of the Russian attack.
